Agreement to Terms

By using StrongArm Reston Tow Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

We offer towing and roadside assistance services in Reston, VA and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. We strive to provide fast, reliable, and professional service to all customers.

Your Responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location
• Be present or designate someone to be present when we arrive
• Pay for services rendered according to our pricing
• Not misuse or damage our equipment
• Follow any instructions our team provides for safety

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is made in full. Additional storage fees may apply for vehicles held beyond 24 hours.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and arrives at your location but you are not there or cancel on-site, a service call fee may apply to cover our time and fuel costs.

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance for our towing operations. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the condition of your vehicle, or items left inside your vehicle. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings before your vehicle is towed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for accurately describing your vehicle's condition when requesting service. If your vehicle requires special equipment or handling that was not disclosed, additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that towing your vehicle would be unsafe.

Service Limitations

While we operate 24/7, service availability may be affected by weather conditions, high demand, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to reach you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Estimated times are approximate and not binding.

Disputes

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve it. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled according to Virginia state law. You agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
